These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the HTML5Point website, software, SDK and related services (collectively, the “Service”) provided by DigitalOfficePro, Inc. (“we”, “us”). By downloading, installing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Subject to your payment of any applicable fees and your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use HTML5Point on the number of devices covered by the plan you purchased.
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to derive source code from the Service, remove copyright notices, or use the Service to create unlawful, harmful, defamatory or infringing content.
The Service, including all intellectual property rights, remains the property of DigitalOfficePro. You retain all rights to the presentations, decks and content you convert with HTML5Point.
Paid licenses are billed at purchase. Eligible refund requests are handled per our published money-back guarantee. Taxes are your responsibility where applicable.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DigitalOfficePro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising out of your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your license if you materially breach these Terms. Upon termination you must uninstall the Service and destroy any copies in your possession.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
